If you’re a student in high school, college, and beyond and want to work on some of the hardest problems in finance and investing, we encourage you to reach out to us.
We’re open to creating both internships and apprenticeship opportunities (part-time and full-time) for students whom we think are extremely talented that can add value from day one.
We don’t really care what grade/year, what major, or which schools you are in or not in (dropouts included). Our view is that excellent and high potential talent can come from any background.

Interviewing at Lucrum: A Four-Stage Process
1. Intro Call after Application/Resume Review: These are 5-10 minute calls we use to confirm interest and brief on expectations for our process.
2. Formal Video Interview: These meetings are 45 minutes and are structured in the following format:

Testing your knowledge and skills based on your background

Solving technical problems or scenarios related to your intended role

Reviewing any projects/work you have completed (submitted to us prior to interview)

Answering any questions you may have about Lucrum and its businesses
3. Take-Home Assignments: These assignments take no more than 2-3 hours and are asked to be done within a two-week timeframe. Depending on the role and candidate, we may ask for you to work on a test model, solve a simple software problem, and/or analyze an investment opportunity.
4. Final Video/In-Person Meeting: These meetings are 30-45 minutes. Ideally, we would like for you to come visit our office for us to learn more about you in-depth and review your take-home assignment (if applicable). However, at this point, we’re really just making sure you’re a good fit for our team.
